Through planned rural service runs, we group multiple jobs and properties into each trip, helping reduce travel costs, minimise repeat visits and get more done while we're on site.

MSG Rural service runs are scheduled around demand across North Queensland, allowing multiple properties along similar routes to be serviced in the same trip.
This helps reduce unnecessary travel, keeps costs more manageable and gives us the opportunity to arrive better prepared for the work required.

Remote callouts can quickly become expensive. MSG Rural service runs are designed to spread those costs and make servicing remote properties more economical.
Share the Travel
When multiple properties are booked along the same route, travel costs can be shared across the run rather than one customer covering the cost of a dedicated trip.
Provide Accommodation
If suitable accommodation or facilities can be provided during our visit, this can reduce the cost of the run and help us pass those savings on to our customers.
Get the Neighbours Involved
Have neighbouring stations or properties that need work too? Grouping multiple properties in the same area makes the trip more efficient and may qualify everyone involved for reduced travel charges or additional discounts.
